I went to a horrible shop yesterday, they had a water dragon and an iguana together in a 1 1/2' cage with no visable heat source or UVB lights. In another cage they had 2 more water dragons in a cage with no visable heat or UVB, it was horrible. Yet somehow the iguana looked healthy... The fish tanks were all green, and they had huge fish in small cages, I doubt they could turn round. I felt so sorry for them all.

Im so glad see that a few members are pulling together here to do everything they can to sort this out I was going to add that prehaps you could mention to the people who you are reporting this to that you will help to try and rehome the animals if need be. In theory i dont know what would happen to all these exotics if the place was shut but i presume that if they cant rehome them they will be put to sleep. If it comes to it and you need help in rehoming then let me know, i will put out adverts and spead word to all the herpers I know to make sure they all get a good home. Well done and good luck with all youre efforts.

Hi Vik, I had a response from a lady from the Council who visited the shop in question. She or the vet didnt see that there was anything wrong - at all I am gutted that this is their opinion.. & fail to see why they came up with this conclusion.. What a waste of time.. well at least i tried..maybe i should try talking to him after all - without losing my rag.. I have a pic of the baby corn i believe was dead.. wont post it as its shocking. here are the Boa's that were fighting for the only hide..
