Chocolate Cali King.. has anyone ever bought a pet from www.exotic-pets.co.uk/product.php?id=164Its the only place I can find that stocks Hatchling chocolate Cali's...for a good price of just £39.36. They dont have any at the moment, but are going to let me know. I know I wont be able to judge temprement if I order from here, but Im hoping with regular handling this wont be a problem.. I so want one & i am having trouble.. All I can find is adults for sale... Apart from not knowing the temprement of the snake, do any further probs spring to mind ? Obviously I am going to want to know its feeding/shedding ok...i am very dubious..is it worth ordering ?? advice appreciated..thanks

i considered them before but i think they are a bit pricy, when you consider the delivery charges aswell, probably best waiting for something near you!

Shipping is a little high, but they have a good rep for the care of their animals and are fine with you phoneing up both before and after you have bought the snake.
I say contact them first via email for more details and when in stock, phone them before making a commitment.
They have Baby Pastel Columbian Red Tailed Boa [i'm drooling all over the place], if only i had the money now, lol.

thanks guys..I was actually thinking that i would drive there & pick up myself, not just to save £££ but that way I can handle the snake before i commit to buying..I am just so impatient...
Cant find any other source in UK for chocky Cali's...

Hi Davie and welcome to the forum.
It's worth considering, but tbh the rspca doesn't really deal with reptiles any more. Not for a few years now anyway in my area. Still it's worth a phone call to see if or what they have available.

Wouldn't touch the RSPCA with a 10 foot pole. They have been campaigning for years to ban people from owning reps.
