Hi there John,
Thanks foir the email - you're forum is really great and easy to get around.
I've been AWOL from the Forum for a while - been so busy over Xmas and New Year and with work.
I see there is a whole range of new people (and snakes) i need to know. I'll try and visit more often.
Smithers and Luna are doing great and growing great guns. Maybe that's why i've not been posting so much because I've finally got the hang of it!

What does AWOL mean I see it everywhere? I know it means something like I've been gone for a while or something.

love the film, i got into martial arts (shotakan karate) because of mr van dam only to learn he was a real bully but i got my purple belt from it and learnt to kick the **** into people (in self defence of course lol im no bully) so i aint arguing ;D

I'm the same dave, i just got my second dan in ju-jitsu, and last year started free style kickboxing, and have reached green belt so far. Hoping to double grade next time if i can (i've been putting in some extra practice)

i stopped goin a while ago as i had enough of spendin al that time fighting instead of playing in my bands so i stopped

I gave up the ju-jitsu as i didn't want to teach it (i've been doing it since i was 8) so i got fed up and started the kickboxing instead.
