if it's the first refusal eating your snake did, I wouldn't get too over worried right now. My one BP refuses food during the wintertime, or majorly slows down. My bp is full grown, so I don't know about the python being young- I never had my young bp refuse yet...
Are you offering the food the same way you did before? ex, if you offered live before and you just tried prekilled, maybe that's why ( or offered prekilled before and trying to switch to f/t) If you did something different this time, go back to how you were feeding him before.
Also, check your husbandry. Check the temps and humidity. If they are not where they are supposed to be, fix that problem, that couse cause a snake to go off-feed. Stress could also cause the snake to not feed, and incorrect temps can cause stress. Is there anything with your cage set-up that could be causeing your snake to be stressed out? Is your snake wondering a lot during the day? If so, the snake could be stressed- simple checking your cage set up and temps and ect. could be the issue.
If everything is fine, I would offer food again in a week. I wouldn't recomend trying to feed the snake every night, that itself could cause stress to the snake ( or so I was told )
Other things to check:
Is the food item cold? if it's cold, you want to warm it up. I place my food items under the heat lamp for a little til its not cold to the touch. ( make sure it's not too hot as well)
Is there any parasites, like mites on the snake or in the cage?
Is your snake noticably loosing weight or it's health declining? if it is, I would recomend a vet trip- something could be wrong, like parasites.
Most likely, the snake is just being finiky. You can try braining the food item ( make it have blood ) that'll let the snake smell the blood and more chances of him wanting the meal the next time you feed.
Some of this info you may already know, I just tell everything just in case. Those are some ways to try to get your bp to eat.
Best of luck to ya!

Edf said what i would have said, so just ry the suggestions and keep us updated. You might want to reduce the feeding times tho to every 7-8 days till the little one starts eating.

hey agen, can i ask is it normal for a b.p to be somewhat "wrinkly" or is that a sign of him being underweight?

Do you mean wrinkley wrinkley, or do you mean skin creases where a few scale ends bend back in a straight line? If its a straight line (or a few over the body) then i get this with the boa's and it's due to the way they coil up. if it's wrinkles then i'm at a loss and would like a 3-4 pics of them, preferabley from differant angles. If your not sure then post the pic's anyway and i'll post some for comparision.

do you mean like this ? I may of misunderstood..could be a sign of dehydration..what is the humidity like in his viv ? to test this if you gently pull the skin on your bp away from his body & if it doesnt return back to normal quickly this could mean he is dehydrated ? if this is the case, You will need to bump up the humydity. I genrally have mine at 55 ish & increase it when Deebo is in shed. Genrally if a BP is more triangular in shape rather than rounded it is said to be underweight. Obviously as John has said pics would be a great way to understand what you mean !! sorry if that didnt help much !

Here's a pic of my zeus with a crease line, look between my finger and thumb to find it. This is normal for most snakes that coil and then stay in the same possition for a while. If your's isn't like zeus or palombo's then a photo would really really help.
