Well ive ditched the idea of getting a bp and now want a crested gecko and ive done all my research nearly. Ive been told that i can just feed it on a non incect diet and here it is: 3 jars fruit baby food (peaches, apricots, Hawaiian delight, etc.) No citrus fruits! 1 small jar of chicken baby food 1 whole banana 2 teasthingys of honey 1 teasthingy of lemon juice (used as a preservative) 2 teasthingys of T-Rex Crested gecko diet 10 drops of liquid vitamin (we use a vet prepared mix for herps but any high quality avian multi vitamin will work)
This is mixed in a blender until smooth and then poured into cocktail ice cube trays and frozen. The cubes can be thawed and fed in a few seconds.
And would it be ok if i added a bit of nutobol instead of 10 drops of liquid vitamin?

Lemon? I think you're supposed to avoid citrus things!
Sounds good! I hate cleaning out used crestie dishes!
You'll have a lucky gecko!

most baby foods you find have high sugar and use lemon juice as a base and preservative i use mashed up soft fruits like peach and mango and blend it up so i know my crested are getting fresh fruit and what im giving them mine never stop eating crickets and waxies lol lee

My cresties get most of their exercise from chasing their crickets (which they enjoy doing very much) so how healthy can it be to not feed them crickets?

All u need is peach baby food with crested gecko diet. For your lizard to good. Especially if you lizard doesnt eat crickets. Like my gargoyles. Which eat like 90% baby food and 10% crickets.
