weve been thinking a lot about it and think that we need to take a vote to decide, me and the other mods an admins arent goin to vote but we will tally it up and take it from there!

Results have to be in by the 14h of july at the latest with the keep it or lose it result being posted on the 15th of july. This gives you all plenty of time to vote and to have a think about it before hand.

I have opinions for both sides. If we keep it then newbies may be inclined to follow advice of those with a better rating, but the advice on that particular subject could be wrong. That is the downside. But on the other hand it could and probably will be good advice and it will help people decide who is likely to give the better advice. If we use it properly I think it would be a good idea. When I say properly I mean dont just give them out for the sake of it or because you like or dislike someone. Give one if you think a particular reply was good or bad and be willing to back up your actions with a reason if neccesary. I think it will encourage people to think before posting as no one wants a black mark next to their name do they  I think we should continue with it on a trial and see how it goes. This is a friendly forum and we should be willing to take praise or critisism from our friends ;D |
