I know i have only been here a few days but i don't think we got of to the best start what with you all concerned that the man at the reptile shop was a crook and me i believe, very rudely trying to explain otherwise. If you have read the links at the bottom of my other post I hope you realize that the man is very experienced with reptiles and does no what he is talking about.
I just want to say sorry and wipe the slate clean

It wasn't about you, at least you were honest with us from the start.
Far as i'm concerned the slate is clean.

As far as im concerned you have no need to apologise ;D We were just trying to help and its not always easy to get the 'right end of the stick' from reading a post. I do urge you though to get a second opinion from all advice you are given from ANY pet store. Although they may genuinly think they are giving you good advice this is not always the case, after all a second opinion never did anyone any harm. Good luck in your future snake keeping, and remember we are all here to help each other

I do understand what you are saying and agree totaly. But my problem is finding that second opinion. On the ocasion I did phone the vet his only productive advice was to take it to the reptile shop and get Dan to examan the snake and write down the treatment it needed. (This is how dan gets his snakes treated) Thank goodness i found you guys and about 20 other opinions.

Best advice i can give you now is to come here first as we all deal with all kinds of reptiles on a dailly basis, from breeding corns, through to dailly care and larger snakes (Dave and Lee). My main area is corns, but i do deal with others.
Don't be afraid to ask, even if you think it's daft or stupid, because unless you ask, how are you supposed to know.
