My little anery that i bred last year is growing so quick, along with my little classic. I was preparing bigger tubs for them last night when the anery shed, it was 24 inches!! They were both born in July but neither of these ate properly for 3 months so im quite suprised at how quickly they have shot up to this length. I think these are going to be a nice size in a few years. They have also calmed down nicely now and never snap at me, the classic doesnt even flinch when i go to pick her up and moves quite slow compared to most young corns. Im really pleased with them as you have proberbly guessed, i find it amazing that i bred them, watched them hatch and now they are almost 2 foot long! I will post some pics when they are settled in their new homes.

Tell me about it!! It sounds so much easier than it is, when you have some corns laying eggs, some eggs hatching, loads of mouths to feed, tubs to clean and a full time job it really does take it out of you. Especially the non feeders who can take upto an hour of tease feeding with no result at all. Anyone planning to breed this year should think carefully, its not an easy money making thing, its hard and you spend more than you will get selling them but it is very rewarding at the end.

Nice 1 Vicki, sounds like you have some lovley healthy fast growing neonites their, and i recon the anery will be huge if his dad is anything to go off, probabley at least 5foot long within 2 years.
