hey , i got a new snake today its a grey ratsnake hes a couple of months old n hes quite big, ive called him cloud like cloud off final fantasy 7 (very good game lol ) ill try and get some pics of him ;D

hey sorry i not got pics yet hes quite agressive lol n hes always in his hide lol but hes fed a couple of times so thats good .

sounds likea cute snake to me... grey, sounds lovely! yeah, i'd like to see some photo's of cloud sometime ( when the time is right for th esnake of course). edf

apparently ratsnakes (no matter how much you handle them)all their life they can be a little agressive( like getting ready to strike , rattling their tails or even biting you) but most of the time they are like a cornsnake just docile.(if anyone understands all that lol) does anyone know if thats true or not lol phil

Yeah pretty much, they are basicley a slightley bigger corn snake (rats and corns are the same familey), but ratsnakes tend to be slightley more aggressive generally then corns. Saying that tho, a regulary handled rat snake will be calm and easily handled, like any other snake. Most of their aggression is when babys so they can be more likley to strike then corns in the first 6-9 monthes untill they feel compleatley comfortable and used to the owner. An odd 1 tho will remain agressive all through it's life, but i'm talking about 1 in every 1000 compaied to 1 in every half million of corn snakes.
