1 2 headed snake sold for $150,000. Thats some money for a 2 headed corn. 75,000 in english money would buy you a nice 3 bedroomed house with a large garden and garage.

There are a lot of health/feeding and breeding problems with these 'two headed snakes'. Personally I would be worried sick for the poor thing if one of those popped out from one of my eggs. I value the health of the snake rather that its price tag

Sorry John didnt mean it to sound harsh, I just wanted to point out the facts. Thelma and louise may have bred well but that doesnt rule out the health issues. I was drawn to a few points in the article sparkle posted. Quotes... "Just watching them feed, often fighting over which head will swallow the prey" "And that's assuming that both heads are hungry at the same time, and both are interested in pursuing the same prey. " "Even in captivity, there are problems. Snakes operate a good deal by smell, and if one head catches the scent of prey on the other's head, it will attack and try to swallow the second head." "Among humans, 75 percent of conjoined twins are stillborn or die within 24 hours" The concluding quiestion I draw from these points is...Is it really worth it? It may appear that a 2headed snake lives a normal happy life, but monitoring the stress of a corn is not always easy, and most of the time you will not be able to tell if a corn is stressed or not (no matter how well you know it). I dont mean to upset anyone, just my oppinion

I love big snakes although i don't know if i would want something as large as them. At my shop he doesn't stock large constrictors (although he did have a rescue case for a while) because he doesn't like them, he prefers small and deadly like the beautiful water cobras and a copperhead.
