Hi and welcome to the forum. The prices on the site seemm fair compaired to UK pricing (US prices are usually lower and are in this case so good price depending on shipping of the animal). Most kings are of a good temprament, but you can get the odd exception like with any snake which will never be handled, but on the whole at my local shop out of over 3000 kings only 1 has been consistantley nasty from the egg to adult hood, they can be snappy as little ones but generally grow out of it with 3-4 5-10 mins handleing sesions a week and once calm their very similar to a nice calm slow moving corn. Kings are also great eaters and will eat literally anything you throw at them from mice/rats and chicks to other things like if you've breed your boa's and theirs a still born the king will eat the still born, or if you breed corns or other egg laying snakes a king will eat the slugs. They reayy are a full garbage disposal unit in that respect. If a king isn't eating then don't get it, thats the first rule i learnt when resurching them a couple of years since and this hasn't changed. The corn/rat care sheet in the forum info, rules and care section gives the basics as their care is so similar, but i'll check on the temps needed as i think it's a little higher then for corns, but will post again once i've spoke to a mate who keeps and breeds them. Anyway, i'll post again at some point today with the update on the care diferances (tho theirs not many as i said) and you seem to have a nice collection so can't see any problems when you get 1 .
