When i was getting my new vivs up and going i bought 2 heat mats and a mat stat from Cornish Crispa well i couldnt get the mat that is in the bottom viv to get to the required heat if i did the higher up one went sky high i thought that maybe there was something wrong with the mat so i mailed Cornish Crispa andwithin 5 mins of mailing them the owner Adam rang me (im in N.I) and talked me through my whole set up and advised me on things to do. I took all his advice and it is a lot closer to the top viv heat now.Just wanted to say Cornish Crispa are 100% where their after sales service is concerned and i would deffinitely use them again as i now know if there is a problem at least you get a sympathetic ear. WELL DONE CORNISH CORNISH!
