As promised I managed to snap a few pics of Cassie last night while cleaning the viv. This is the one who I suspect is heavily gravid at the moment (who actually mated in feb!!) ;D

I would say she's gravid.
Can't wait to see the offspring, should be some cracking hatchlings.

Thanks ;D I dont know what state the eggs will be when she lays them as she has refused to eat since she mated in feb so it is possible they may be a bit on the unhealthy side. Im hoping that the reptasol has been beneficial to her in supplying the essentials. Im just keeping my fingers crossed.
The rack is now up with 30 empty hatchling boxes!! Just waiting for the heat strips to arrive and my hatchlings ;D ;D Im getting excited now, lol

Its not the best picture, but if you look at her she looks quite round compared to the normal 'loaf of bread' shape. And the lower third of her body is substanitally larger than it should be (you can see this better on the second pic, where you may also notice the scales are slightly stretched). Also she has not eaten since feb but is still gaining weight. UPDATE: Still no sign of shed, and still not eating. She is tail rattling even when I touch her slightly. Think its time for a trip to the vets

Thanks. Its gonna cost a bomb! 40 min drive to the vet, then £30 just for the consultation, then the rest on top of that. But as long as shes ok I dont mind.

Thanks for the support John But after all that (booking an appointment, arranging half day off work, stressing all day) I went home to find she was in the blue!!! How totally typical. So ive decided not to take her the vet and see if she lays after the shed. I hope ive made the right decision and that nature will take its course in the next 2 weeks.
