Try a little viniger in the water, it'll not bother the snakes (as far as i know) and it leaves a good shine without smearing.

As long as you rinse thoroughly i imagine regular glass cleaner would do fine. I use my old favorite dettox.

What make/ model is it?
I want a Canon digital rebel XT (Canon EOS 350D) but I am looking at similar cameras too, I want to go canon with my next camera, as they are so recommended, and nothing under 7mp!

Try leaning the camera against something while taking pics, actually I don't know how close up your camera can take pictures, so maybe don't do that! I don't plan to wander away from Nikon or Canon cameras, I'm gonna need quite a bit of money for my next camera, but I'm sure it'll be worth it! I'm curious to see the obvious differences between a 3mp camera and a 7... I'm guessing its much easier to take pics with 7mp...

A 7mp should take pics similar to dave's (depending on make that is), i noticed a big differance when i went from 2mp to 5.1 mp. Next up is a 10mp digital slr i hope.

Nice pics Lozzer. How old is he? Looks a bit bigger than my little one. Mine is about 5 months old and is on the size up from fuzzy rats (not sure what they are called)

Looking at around £700 for the camera, mind you it's on special at the min (usually £1000), but i'll have to wait and see as a mate got a 8mp slr for £500 with extra lens and camera bag and kit.

Timing seems VERY important when buying digital cameras, as the price can decrease so rapidly, I could probly buy my camera for less than £150 now. Right now it seems £600 won't be easy to raise, but I'm still hopefull, although I do kinda want another brb for christmas...

My camera is just a cheap Traveler camera. 5.25mp which we got at Aldi. But i have got a very steady hand and a LOT OF PATIENCE. After you get used to the settings it takes alright pics. I was pretty pleased at how the one of Granite turned out. I have got other things I would rather spend money on and they usually begin with 'S'
