At a guess i would say a male as well, but it's not 100%, say about 70-75%.

I agree with MALE. That tail loos just like my males, the tapering starts quite a way down after the vent.

Thanks for your replies thats what i thought too it has not been probed ,i know its not 100% but can be a good indicator. I`ll get pics of my other one to let you guess soon.

no worries, we'l have a go at the other but best bet is to get them probed by a pro if you are looking for mating them later in life as 2 males will fight!
