Nice pics. Love the tank. What size is it? I have the exact same set-up for my gerbils and it might eventually contain a snake. Cost me a lot of money but you can't turn down a bargain. - 4ft tank half price because of small rip in silicon at tropical fish store
- Reptile lid half price because of damaged packaging at local reptile shop.
The lids are really expensive for what they are but they make a great lid for a gerbilarium when you replace the glass with mesh.

Thanks for the replies. As to age - not sure. Bought him Jan 2005 - I think he was only a couple of months at most then. His last shed was 29 inches, so allowing 10% for stretch he must be about 26 inches now I suppose.
The tank is a converted aquarium - 2 x 1 x 1 with a viv lid supplied by livefoods.co.uk - works fine but I wouldn't want to leave it without a heavy book weighting it down, especially with those 2 glass lips running the length of the tank to give him some purchase to push against... Will need to get something bigger in due course I realise, & may go for a custom made viv then.
