I have a pair of blood red corn snakes who are seeking a new keeper. One male, one female (never bred) 4yrs & 3yrs old. Both have very few markings in their red brick colour (only a few tiny black flecks) the vivarium, thermostaticly controlled lamp and extra heating mat will be included as will all their other home refinements, (driftwood, clay pipe, artificial plant, rock style water dish, carriage box etc.) I'm not going to fix a price as any reasonable offer will be considered. Offers can be made via mad.won@orange.net Regards, Martyn.

Shame your not closer to me, i would have like a pair of blodreds, also would have offered £150 on the spot with just the heatmat and stats, and the snakes as i have 4 empty viv's now ready to go except for the heating side of things.

£150 would have been accepted too! It's more about them than the money! I don't have much time on my hands to give them the pampering they deserve....they are a right pair of charachters!!

There's been a bit of interest in these snakes, including a visit from an experienced corn snake breeder.....It would seem they will not be suitable for breeding, both are possibly males - only possibly - not yet been probed to prove. I'm not an expert, but have been advised to add to this thread they may only be suited to be kept as pets as they are not perfect - poor things, of course since hearing this both have been psycologists with an inferiority complex! Please can someone give these pair a new home, preferably someone who just wants a pair of unusual pets, rather than an interest in making pots of money as Hugo & Vivienne insist they are not to be pimped out!!!! Kind regards, Martyn.

i would like to add quickly... it was me that saw the snakes.... they are very pretty snakes, and martin is really nice bloke. the only problem with the snakes was that one appears to have thin neck area which looks bad muscle tone, and the other was again a nice snake but had what i would probably say are fatty lumps just passed the vent area. they are not hideously deformed of anything, but as a breeder i need mint specimens, i know that sounds harsh, and thats the only reason why i didnt take them. if i had wanted them as pets, then i would have taken them right away.. they have lovely temperaments, and one was even in full shed.

Still a shame, i've had bloods on my wanted list for aroung 15 monthes now, and weather breeding or as just pet, eather way would suit me. Good luck with them, and i hope they get a good home soon mate.

Many thanks for all your attention to this thread, Hugo n Viv have found themselves a new home with four ghosts, two Boas, a Chameleon, Tarantula & Giant millipede. Thankfully not all in the same tank! Thanks again, Martyn.
