Here is a pic of the little guy (or girl) i picked up on Monday. I havent got a name for him yet but he is really sweet and an 05 hatchling. Just hope the feeding goes well (Dave has given me a few good tips already, thanks mate ;D)  |

nice! glad you got the little guy, give me a pic of the tail and i will have a go at sexing but they are very very hard to tell apart so it will be a ruff guess!

jo for little one's i use kitchen towel roles with a hole cut in the middle (just half an inch hole) and have it half on and half off the heatmat.

Thanks everyone. And dave i will get a tail pic in a week or so once ive got it feeding well ;D
Ive got a huge collection of kitchen and toilet roll tubes for when my hatchlings arrive. I must have about 50, lol. It saves on the cleaning coz you can just chuck them in the bin and put a new one in ;D

I've got a 1 or 80 as well, mind you my shaggy chews on 3-4 a day (gerbil, nearley 4 now ;Dyay).

Well my little Royal, who Craig has temporarily named Roy (Cropper) ate his first meal with me on Saturday ;D I have been so worried about his first feed knowing all the probs people have with Royals. I warmed up his little pinky and put about 20 pin holes in it, then heated it up again with the hair dryer. He looked at it for about 2secs then dived in there, curled round it and ate it. It was so sweet and I was dancing round the house for ages infront of my not so excited friends, lol. I cant wait to find out the sex so I can change his/her name. I was thinking Hugo for a boy, but we will have to see. I will give him one more feed before I take him out for a little cuddle ;D  ;D |

lol John. It was just a little joke as Roy is short for Royal but now Craig calls him Roy all the time!!! Im getting really frustrated as now ive started doing it too. HHHHEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPP, the poor thing will never grow into a sexy boy with a name like that! Oh and thanks Dave, and thanks for all the advice the other day |
